**Overview** We are located in the heart of midtown Manhattan, at Directions Physical Therapy and Acupuncture, we excel at a personalized approach to treatment, tailoring each person’s individual plan to his or her specific needs; we provide each patient one\-hour, one on one PT, acupuncture, therapeutic exercise sessions and medical massage. **Responsibilities** * Assess patients’ physical conditions through comprehensive evaluations, including physiology and anatomy knowledge, to determine appropriate treatment strategies. * Develop and implement individualized care plans that align with clinical documentation standards and best practices in physiotherapy. * Manage electronic health records (EHR) and electronic medical records (EMR) systems accurately to ensure seamless documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes. * Ability to seek, find, and treat the root causes of the patient's pain, not just the symptom(s). * Coordinate discharge planning and collaborate with healthcare professionals across disciplines to optimize patient recovery pathways. * Provide patient education on injury prevention, home \& community care strategies, and self\-management techniques to empo...
